Printable PDFs, editable DOCX documents, Markdown source and an offline-capable HTML page. No personal health data is collected. No accounts, upload endpoint, database, tracking script, integration or automated clinical action is part of the pack. Existing hosting infrastructure can keep normal access logs; see the README privacy section.

Later exploration, outside this release

Begin with observed usability needs, not a decision to build an app. Possible questions include whether a local document editor, local search or a self-hosted folder index adds enough value to justify its burden. No implementation or delivery date is promised.

Any future design must be privacy first, local first or self-hosted. Define who controls the data, minimise collection, make export and deletion clear, and explain the limits of backups and recovery. Sharing must be deliberate and understandable. No advertising, sale of health data or default third-party AI processing. Review accessibility, threat model, security and applicable governance before handling real records. A digital tool must not imply that it verifies clinical accuracy or monitors missing results.

Open questions: who wants it; what paper cannot do; offline access; supported file formats; correction history; consent for sharing; secure backup and recovery; maintenance ownership. These remain questions, not features in v1.0.1.
